Q: Are your painting materials archival?
A: Yes, all mediums I work with are of archival quality.
Q: Are your paintings framed?
A: Unless it is specified, my paintings are not framed. They can be framed upon request for an additional fee. You can reach out to me to ask about framing by using my contact page.
Q: Are your paintings ready to hang?
A: All stretched canvas paintings are shipped with hanging equipment installed so that the pieces are ready to hang upon arrival. If you would prefer not to have hanging equipment installed, please contact me.
Q: Are there any additional taxes or fees?
A: Yes, there’s an added sales tax of 6.25% required by the state of MA that will be added to your balance during checkout.
Q: Do you charge a fee for shipping?
A: Yes, unless specified on the product page.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, I ship internationally.
Q: How do you ship paintings?
A: Depending on the size and the collector’s preference, I can ship paintings in a tube, box, or crate (requires special request). All of my canvas paintings are done while stretched on stretcher bars and can be removed from the bars to be shipped in a tube. All packing materials I use are acid free and archival. The paintings are all protected and reinforced during shipping and I insure all shipments with the mailing service.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: I am usually able to ship paintings out in 2-3 business days. The only exception is when I am away and unable to immediately ship. If this is the case, I will notify collectors immediately. Delivery times are subject to the shipping provider.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept multiple forms of payment. My website processes transactions securely through Stripe. If you’d prefer a different form of payment, please contact me.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No, all purchases are final.
Q: What is the price of your artwork?
A: Pricing is discussed on request, unless specified on my store. Prices are subject to change. If you are interested in a piece, please reach out using the form on my Contact page.

Q: Where are you based?
A: I am based in the wonderful city of Boston, MA. This city is filled with a wonderful artist community and world class art institutions like the Museum of Fine Arts, the ICA Boston, and Isabella Stewart Gardner museum.
Q: How long have you been an artist?
A: I’ve been an artist all my life. I was taught how to draw and paint by my mother at a young age.
Q: Why do you post work under the name Sanidad Design?
A: The name Sanidad Design comes from my mother. It is her maiden name and I wanted to pay tribute to her and my Filipino heritage. Without her, I wouldn’t be the artist I am today.
